Charged me without fixing the issue and misled me into thinking it had been fixed! I called back today and was told they want more money to fix it. $1,000 more!! This is totally unprofessional and unethical. The technician was polite and nice but fooled me completely. I have to pay the dealer's authorized repair company now to fix the issue. My LG refrigerator needs a new compressor but this company claimed it did not. Their technician told me categorically it was an issue with the "control board", not the compressor. He charged me $316.40 and left and said to connect my appliance to power after three hours. I did so. But the fridge is still not cooling. When I called them back, they said oh, you need a new compressor and its going to cost you $1,000. Please don't use this company ever. I do not recommend them. They are unethical and unprofessional.
