Amazing service. Joe went out of his way time and time again, showing up on his own time when the plumber we used had questions, offering great advice on everything from the tiles we were picking, to the patch job we had to do under the sink/vanity, and he even offered to do all of the pain-in-the-butt jobs like paint touch-ups. He didn't do any paid work until we had agreed on the quote, which he provided in writing. Would absolutely recommend these guys.

Ridiculous company to deal with, with poor communication between dispatch and workers, and between any of them and the customer. They sent the wrong person for the first job, then did not give us a total until we asked for it several times over the course of a week, which they then informed was to be charged to my credit card. Sent the worker late for the second job, which was much less involved, and cost almost the same as the first job. I would not recommend them unless you are in a bind and don't care how much money you're spending or how long it will take.
