Last year our 3 year old fridge died and the technician from Elite Appliance replaced the compressor. 3 weeks later the fridge failed again. It failed due to other bigger problems with the fridge. The second technician recognized the fridge was unsalvageable and helped me get a free replacement instead of returning for multiple service calls. Very kind and honest service. Didn't try to overcharge or do unnecessary service.

We had our son move out to his downtown condo this past fall and they were so helpful in getting his stuff out and even helped him unpack the heavy furniture and put it in place. Everything was so thoroughly protected and handled so well. They were able to move a baby grand piano without a single scratch or concern. The whole group was very polite and super helpful to my son.
