We were looking to have our deck torn down and replaced with a patio area. The area covered was from our gate entrance on the side of our house into the back and across the entire backyard from fence to fence. We had slab steps installed for our sliding door and a door from our laundry room. There were four steps installed total. The ones by the sliding door were four feet each. We had an idea of the area we wanted interlocking on, but no set design when Todd came to give us a review. He came and looked things over. He took measurements and asked what we wanted to use the space for. We explained to him we were looking to have more grass for our kids to play, an area for our grill and table which seats six, as well as a small garden bed by the house. We also had a conduit put in for electrical wiring that we needed for our pond. He quickly drew a design for us that went well with our backyard. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. He left and emailed us a formal quote along with all of the details of the contract including a drawing of the project. We had a few questions and minor additions which he quickly added in for us. Todd returned with the contract for signing and deposit, so we could get onto the schedule. Our work was scheduled to be done at the end of October. Unfortunately, weather delays postponed our work until the end of November. However, the crew got to work and quickly got the project going. They were able to finish everything before the extreme cold hit except for the sodding. They came back this spring to sod. The crew was fantastic, as well as Todd. They checked daily to make sure we didn't have any concerns and if we did they addressed them immediately. Todd was quick to answer all of our questions. This is the kind of contractor you want to work at your house! We are very pleased with our backyard. We love it and are finally enjoying it! We plan on having Todd and his crew come back for some patio work in the front of our house and have already recommended them to friends.

Shane was excellent to work with. He came out and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He gave us an accurate quote that he stuck to. We had cracking in the joints along a sill that runs the perimeter of the house. One piece of the sill was actually loose and falling out. We also needed some parging redone that was falling off around our porch. He tried to explain to us why he thought each of our issues was happening. He let us know how long any fixes made should last. He matched the color of the mortal beautifully, so you don't even know the work was done in the first place. The parging work looks amazing. We were extremely impressed with his attention to detail. It was great to work with someone who cares about the work he performs. We would hire him again in an instant.
