After coming to our home as we paid the insurance for our air conditioner we were told it could not be fixed and were convinced to rent a new one. We were not told that a $7500 lien would be placed on our property. We were never notified of this. We happen to find out during a search of our property. This is outrageous and unacceptable! Be aware consumers! This is bad business practice! I have tried to call and speak to someone and I keep getting passed around from person to person with no answers or resolution. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
