I needed the foundation parged on a very tight schedule. The work included parging inside the garage. The two workers showed up on time and were finished ahead of schedule. The work was excellent. The workers were very polite. The weather wasn't ideal (light rain) which meant some difficulty in the cleanup but they were able to complete the work to my complete satisfaction.

The inspector (Alan) was friendly and knowledgeable. We started on the outside of the home and right away he started to explain what he was going to do. He explained even the smallest of details that I would have missed. This convinced me that nothing would escape his inspection. He used a drone to show me the roof. He used testers to make sure all the outlets were wired correctly. He even used a heat sensing camera to make sure there weren't cold spots on the walls and ceiling. I was able to ask questions as we walked around the home. Even before receiving his report by email, I had a clear idea of the home's condition.
