I lost power to the west side of my house. Jackson arrived a bit early (which was perfect). Diagnosed the problem very quickly; provided multiple options as well as cost. Absolutely no pressure tactics. Very pleasant; very professional. I'm an older single woman who has been taken advantage of by tradesmen in the past. I am incredibly impressed with Captain Electric; would not hesitate to contact them in the future if needed.

The $11000 renovation did not include the cost of appliances and backsplash/floor tile, which I paid for out of pocket. Reno was done in 2023. It was supposed to take one week; it took two. I requested new floor, new counter, new backsplash, painting, and installation of new vented exhaust fan and installation of new oven and dishwasher. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Rather than purchase a trim kit for the oven, they "made" one and not very well. Backsplash sunken in. Gap in baseboard filled with plaster, rather than cut properly. For full disclosure, they did put a piece of melamine over the vent hose, but I lost the use of 2 shelves in that cupboard. I paid another contractor to come in and undo the cupboard mess. May 12, 2023 was the last time I saw Jim. At that time he said he would be back "early next week" to complete the installation of my dishwasher. Haven't seen or heard from him since.
