Milani recommended that we go with the IBC boiler which was 3 times as expensive as our previous system but at the time was told that it would be much more energy efficient than the boiler we had previous. After a 1 1/2 years of use we are still consuming the same amount (if not more) of kWh with the same usage pattern. Also before the work started we were told by the foreman that the installer would do a complete finish of the area. At the end of job several holes were left in the wall due to the re-routing of the pipes and told that existing pipes would not be covered in the finish. We ended up paying for some else to finish the patch work and re-insulation of the walls.

We visited a few stores prior to purchasing our set of kitchen appliances during a kitchen renovation. At Sears Metrotown we finally found a salesperson (Chris) who spent the time with us to compare different appliance models and explain the differences in features without pushing us towards any particular product and not putting on any pressure for us to buy right then and there. We called back a few more times and he patiently continued to answer our questions. Once we purchased and got the appliances delivered he called to check that everything went well.

I was undertaking a project to set up back yard play area and received the help I needed to get the right landscaping materials for the job as well as got help to load the bulk materials in my van. Great prices, product variety and service.

I try to support small business shops whenever I can unfortunately I didn't find these guys to provide a professional service. Before starting the job we agreed to the work that needed to be done. However they ran out of time after completing 3/4 of the work. Trying to get these guys to come back to finish the job was an ordeal. They didn't show up (or bother calling me) for 2 scheduled appointments after I had taken the days off from work. In the end I decided to call someone else to finish the job. Also they didn't clean up after themselves and I had found deep scratches all over my new $2000 TV Console.
