The staff were all excellent from start to finish. We live in Ontario and own the Calgary townhouse where the installation took place, so we had to rely on Old West completely. They came through beautifully. The frame of the window had been bent by a previous tenant and we were not aware of the damage until winter had set in and the winter winds began to blow through the frame. The sales lady expedited the procurement and installation, and the work was done quickly during one nice day and the installers cleaned up after themselves. Because the threshold was worn and showing signs of decay, they went ahead and replaced it at no extra charge during the installation. We cannot praise their service enough, especially the sales lady; she communicated clearly and often with us and also stayed in touch with the tenant to ensure a smooth, convenient installation. She was extremely knowledgeable about the technical details and the installation and she clearly answered all question and made excellent suggestions such as the foot lock for security. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs windows or doors. Thank you Old West.

Isaac MacMillan from Eastern installed our eavestroghs about 3 years ago, and did an excellent job. They've worked extremely well ever since. But the real story here is after sales service. When we had a big tree trimmed, a branch fell on the corner of the eavestrough and damaged it. Isaac responded to our panic call in less than 2 hours and got up on the roof and repaired the damage, at no charge. His service is outstanding

The crew arrived on time and set to work. During the work, they made a number of suggestions to help keep the ducts clean between servicing (eg: use a filter in the cold air return to trap dust from getting throughout the house). We've been here over 20 years and we have had 5 cleanings - the last one 1-1/2 years ago. These folks found a duct that had never been cleaned and took 2-3 inches of dog hairs out of it. All of a sudden, a cleaner house. And cleaner air. We will use them again, and we highly recommend them.
