We have used Markham Garage Doors for several years for repairs and replacement of our garage door openers. We have always been extremely satisfied with their expertise and professionalism. Finally it was time to completely replace the garage doors themselves. The new doors were beautiful and the workmanship was excellent. The only concern was that the weather stripping around the door was not exactly the best colour match. I was a bit disappointed but I let it go. It was acceptable. I was so pleasantly surprised to get a call from Chris telling me that he had sourced a weather stripping from another supplier that would be a better match. He wanted me to be super satisfied. Just "acceptable" was not enough. The new weather stripping is fantastic!!!! A perfect match. They even replaced it when I was at work so that I would not have to be home and be inconvenienced. Thank you so much everyone at Markham Garage Doors. You have tremendous pride in your work and it shows.

Thanks for the lovely review, as you pointed out know one is perfect. It was so nice to have an understanding customer that was willing to accept what we had done, as it may have been the best we could have produced, with the colours available. There are four different materials used on a door install, Steel, Aluminum, Vinyl, and rubber and many times they are very close but not always perfect. When you noticed the colour variance you didn't panic you simply mentioned it to me and paid the invoice in full. You asked me if their was any closer colour. At that moment on the phone I didn't think their was a closer match, but acknowledged that I too was aware of the colour variance and would look into it. I called you when I found a match, I was happy to take care of you to make sure you were more than proud of your new door. Thanks again for being a great customer and It makes my day to read this review and to know that you are very happy with all we have done.
