I would like to start by saying that the price I recieved is comparable if not better than some other quotes I have recieved. So to start I would like to say expect to wait a bit for the windows to be made. I did have to wait an extra month because the order was delayed due to a couple extra windows I added and was missing in the delivery. Installers were very knowledgable and friendly but a bit too much runaround on the time the job was finally completed. Forget about calling the company because they don't return your phone calls. But all in all the windows do look great and draft free. Installer did an amazing job installing them.
