From the estimate, to information provided by the office administrator, Cirstey, on federal and provincial rebates, to payment and Warranty documents, to prompt replies to emails and texts, Westmount Heating was there 100%. After installation, I noticed a gap in the PVC pipe cover leading to the heat pump, texted Mirch about it, and sent him photos of the issue.
