James and Drew always show up when they say they will. They are polite and tidy, and their prices are fair. But beyond that their quality of work is excellent. They do not cut corners or rush through jobs. The quality of workmanship is visible, and I have hired them for various other projects including two bathrooms, three large built-in projects, as well as outdoor decking work. I trust JEC Prestige and am not going to risk trying anybody else, when I know I am dealing with superb service and skills.

Encore was so great to work with. The end result was perfect, which is to be expected from a professional paint company. But it was the service that really impressed me. Unlike other firms, they met every deadline and showed up on time (to the minute) for my two day job. The guys were so pleasant, and even remembered my kids' names and ages, which was just so nice. I felt completely comfortable having them in my home, and I would not hesitate to recommend these folks to anyone who needs a professional, quality paint job. Without hesitation, I now have my paint guys for life. No reason I'll ever have to call in anyone else. Also, as a side note I had three quotes done and they were able to beat everyone else on price, even the handyman.

I wanted to write a review because I was so impressed with how professional and dedicated Plan-A electric has been. Jase, the owner, is extremely nice and a great communicator. He can explain to you exactly what the problem is and what will be required to fix it. He came to my house to do a whole bunch of electrical work (fixing some wiring that had caught on fire, new potlights, new outlets, installing automatic lights, etc) and everything has been done perfectly. I have actually referred him to about 5 other friends and they have all been really pleased. I totally trust Plan-A and i know they priced my work fairly. There were no surprises. I will continue to refer PLan-A with confidence.

At first We really enjoyed working with Kew Beach Roofers and Wayne Roberts, the owner. They were fast, fairly priced and very personable local Beach residents. We had a very small leak that they were pretty sure they could fix, so they gave us two options: $250 for a quick fix and $450 for a fix with a five year guarantee. We decided to take the guaranteed work in case it didn't work out. We paid cash, but have the work statement and warranty in writing. Lo and behold the leak came back ten days later, but we felt happy since we had a guarantee. So We called Wayne and he said he would send someone. Nobody showed up. This happened numerous times until they just stopped returning our calls. They clearly have no intention to resolve this issue or stand by their warranty. We understand that it's a small job and maybe they just don't have time, but at least call us back and keep your word. Weve had to pay for other contractors to fix their work, since we don't expect to hear from Wayne again. The Beach is a very small community and this is not usual practice, especially when reputation is everything in this business. We will do our part to warn other Beach residents not to use these contractors and award this type of poor service. This is an unfair way to treat anyone, no matter how big or how small the job may be.
