I got Len into my new home to get some help/advice on an underperforming HVAC system. He had some great ideas/advice, but also had a great recommendation on a duct company that could help put the pieces together on why we had little heat on the second floor. I have not yet decided to change my furnace, but I did decide to use Temp-a-sure to install a water on demand unit. Adam who installed was friendly, quick and thorough. We are extremely happy with the unit! I'll be sure to use these guys in future. Very knowledgeable, very trustworthy.

I had my roof replaced in late Spring by Robert's team. The job needed to be completed by a deadline and The Cutting Edge was completely accommodating. As far as I can tell, it wasn't an easy job given I live in a flat roof row house on a decently busy street, but the crew was in and out without any mess or fuss. Robert seemed extremely knowledgeable with decent prices which was why I originally decided to go with them. However, the reason why I would HIGHLY recommend Robert and his team is that after few months during the winter, my roof was still leaking as the snow/ice melted during warm spells. I was obviously very unhappy. Robert was quick to respond and came out to inspect the roof the next day. He shoveled all of the snow off the roof and then came back on the weekend and worked an entire Sunday to make some changes and be sure things were taken care of properly. He suspected it was leaking through the brick and offered to come back in the spring to apply filler in the warmer weather. Really great service and a pleasant person to deal with.
