After we were given the runaround by the first appliance people who were supposed to replace our damaged Dacor cooktop grate under warranty, the warranty people gave the job out to Maydone Appliance Repair. What a delight! Service lives! We got a call from Max to let us know that the invoice had been submitted and accepted; the part had been ordered; and we'd have it within days. Max was here with the replacement grill at precisely the time agreed upon; replaced the old grill with the new one; took pictures; and took away the old grill and all packaging - in 5 minutes! There was no cost to us under the extended warranty, but in our dealings with Madone, I would highly recommend them and would use them again.
