After a large kitchen Reno last year a circuit breaker kept tripping shutting our microwave off. We emailed OGC on a Tuesday, received a return phone call the same day, had electricians on site Thursday to have the problem fixed. OGC did not hesitate and made this a simple process without any hassles.
We recently completed a main floor renovation through a general contractor and Cutwell was contracted to build the custom cabinetry for the kitchen. We found the Cutwell team to be very helpful, organized, professional and knowledgeable. Due to some unforeseen issues during construction we needed to make some modifications to the agreed upon cabinet design and the Cutwell team responded with many design suggestions and also pointed out some considerations that we hadnt thought about. They worked closely with us to ensure we were happy with the revised design. The quality of the cabinets is superior and exceeded our expectations. The installer was very detailed and meticulous in his work - a craftsman! We had some minor issues during installation that were rectified quickly, without question and to our satisfaction. Theres not a day goes by that we dont stand back and look at our kitchen in awe. As family and friends have said, it is stunning! We would recommend Cutwell in a second.
