I hired Canadian Rooter for a basement sewage line replacement and back flow valve installation; and I must say I was quite impressed. The team was professional, prompt, and efficient. The first stage - of the assessment, quote and permit application was seamless. Naz in particular handled all of the details and kept me well informed throughout. Of course, the permit approval process with the City took more time than I preferred, but that was of not fault of the team. The second phase and actual work itself was scheduled quickly and completed in a very timely manner. They kept the work space very tidy, such that you wouldn't even have known a massive trench was dug and significant demolition took place. Naz even facilitated the rebate application in the aftermath. Would highly recommend for future projects.

Utterly impressed with Sparks Eletrical. Anytime you're renovating and upgrading eletrical in a 100-year-old house, unexpected problems will inevitably arise. Not only did the entire team work with poise, understanding and sensitivity (to minimize damage) in replacing new electrical throughout the house. Adonis and the crew, were also excellent communicators, providing prompt updates and finding creative solutions throughout the project.
