I have used 416 So Clean for a number of years and their service is consistent. Everything looks and feels clean when they are finished, even hard to clean upholstery. They are also very pleasant and professional from booking through completion of service, which is why they continue to get my business. They are worth a call if you would like a refresh for your rugs and sofas or other upholstery.

They provided information regarding the concern and recommended remediation directly following the inspection. The quote was provided the next day, remediation booked in advance within two weeks of inspection and the price was better than other companies that quoted the job. Ross and Kay have been a pleasure to work with and are knowledgeable about working with condominiums. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Excellent service. Frano was available within a few hours of my call. He was punctual, professional and honest. He took the time to assess the situation and answer my questions. He didn't sell a service that wasn't required. I will call him first for any pluming issues and highly reccommend him. A truly pleasant experience.
