The crew was extremely communicative and polite. The best Reno experience we have ever imcountered. Our very old concrete pool has new life and looks great. Already considering the next project to use them.

While picking out our 230 sq ft of tile service was great. The tile ended up being defective and lost all colour in pool. Mario's continues to ignore our concerns, calls and e-mails. Poor credibility!

We called about a cloged drain, they arrived within an hour, assessed the problem, fixed and cleaned up after themselves. Very profesional and friendly and offered advice to aoid future occurance.
