Handling a 30+ windows / patio door project was not an easy task, given that I had no clue about windows type and service providers. Most importantly, this project was for my mum who sometimes could have a number of expectations and cost constraints :) I am glad that Galaxy Windows and the teams were able to support me and meet our needs! Galaxy Windows was one of my 6 top service providers selected based on my research their prices were not the cheapest but not the highest. However, with the professional and approachable free consultation from Alex (sales) and other factors such as customer reviews, window types and warranty terms, I decided to go with my gut feeling. I would specifically like to appreciate another Alex (measurement and installation). On the window measurement day, it was raining pretty badly initially and I thought it would be cancelled. However, Alex waited until the rain became lighter to start the measurement. It was challenging after heavy rain but I can tell he put his greatest effort on that day! During the 3 day installation, again, Alex and his team were very efficient and competent. With minimal break every day but coming very early in the morning, they managed to finish all installation within 2.5 days instead of 3. Every day, they cleaned up the floor area for the relevant windows and took out all garbage which my mum appreciated the most :) no mess in the house. Lastly, Alex (sales) and the 3rd Alex (accounting) were also helpful when I had to collect the invoice in the right format for my post-retrofit evaluation. The final audit happened on Oct 30 and the inspector even commented that our Vinyl-Pro windows and Ocean-view patio door looked awesome! I would highly recommend Galaxy Windows to family and friends because they are experts!
