I had work done about 18 years ago by The Crack Specialist , noticed water marks about 2 weeks ago close by the area that was repaired . Called The Crack Specialist and Wes ( owner / estimator ) came out told me it was under warranty and the following week Melanie came out with a helper and they fixed the problem . If you every needed a reason to use The Crack Specialist I would say honoring a job that was done 18 year ago , that would be it . Thanks Crack Specialist
