I was first contacted by Dlemyra who asked for pictures of my current equipment and scheduled an in-home consultation. Baldwin arrived on time for the consult and inspected my system then advised what my options were with regards to new equipment. Both Delmyra and Baldwin were amazing to deal with. They are extremely patient and addressed all of my questions/concerns promptly. There was no up-selling or pressure. Baldwin is very honest and if he thinks theres a bit more life left in the equipment, he will let you know. His knowledge and workmanship is impeccable. He is very meticulous and ensures the work is done properly and looks as neat as possible. From start to finish, both Baldwin and Delmyra were amazing to work with. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!
