Terry and his team (Sergey and Roman) went above and beyond in exceeding expectations around communication, timeliness, follow-through, consistiency, quality and site cleanup. I deal with many contractors and it is truly rare to have an experience that emphasizes customer satisfaction so completely. Terry will be my first call next time I am doing waterproofing or concrete work, and I would highly recommend his team.
