I needed The Crack Specialists expertise in my home 15 years ago and they left an indelible mark on me for their work ethic and customer service. So, it was natural to reach out once again for my current home when I discovered a similar issue with a basement foundation crack. I've been on this planet long enough to notice the degradation in customer service with most companies both digital and physical. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with The Crack Specialists from start to finish. Phone etiquette was exceptional. The estimate by Wes was straightforward and quick and he was able to schedule us in quite quickly. As an aside...I expected the cost of this service to easily double if not triple over the 15 year period since needing their services. When I was quoted the work I couldn't help but question why it was still incredibly affordable (all things considered). The explanation made sense and of course involved their commitment to their customers. Lastly, Melanie and her partner did an AMAZING job. We knew there was going to be destruction involved in order to access the crack in a finished basement. Not only did Melanie work wonders to create a space that would make repairs easier, she left our home as clean as she found it. Not a spec of dust remained behind. And the work was almost overshadowed by her personality! Very friendly and willing to take the time to explain anything if we had any questions or concerns. Absolute professionals!!
