Hired TSC for moving from my old townhouse to newer house. Staff on call were friendly, moving staff were even friendlier. They all worked really hard, and overall work was satisfactory. Couple things that I wasn't 100% happy with: 1. If there's surcharge for credit card, this should have been little more clearer. May be stated on the paperwork, so it's my fault for not reading it thoroughly, but on the moving day with hourly rate for the movers - really no time to read the fine prints... Should have been notified of surcharge at time of booking to prepare cash. 2. 1 hour charge goes to travel in "GTA" - I live in Oakville, and expected Oakville to be part of "GTA", but "GTA" definition is different. Make sure to check if your address falls in "GTA" boundary to calculate your cost. 3. (minor) 10 free boxes didn't get delivered on the moving day!

1. The surcharge is mentioned in your email confirmation that is emailed to you. We understand moving is such a busy time, this is why we include all the information (such as this) in the confirmation and email it before your move takes place. We do also offer a 5% discount if you pay cash. .
2. The travel to your location (according the Google Maps brought us to West Oak Trails Oakville, it is west of Toronto we have "our GTA" boarder on our website that shows Oakville is just past that boarder. We do apologize if this wasn't explained to you during your booking.
3. The 10 free boxes are complimentary for our customers, they can be picked up before your move or delivered to you if you have other supplies you need from our online store. A lot of our customer find this way much handier.
