I purchased ROCKSOLAR Weekender 80W Portable Power Station - Lithium Battery and Solar Generator, online several weeks ago, it indicated will be delivered to Home-Depot store, laird and Eglinton between August 30-31, 2023. On August 31, 2023, upon reviewing my online order, it continuously says delivery date August 30-31. 2023, I than called the store I had spoken to 2 different employees, one says the order hasnt arrived to give it some time, the second employee says to give him 1 hour and will call me back, it never happen I called the store on September 2, 2023, spoken to the assistant Manager and explain the situation to him, on the treatment I had received and the injuries I am suffering from such as head concussion, low spine injury, right full ACL tear rupture, I didnt appreciate to be treated that way. He confirmed the item arrived but refused to update it online. When we had arranged pick up time date for Sunday September 3, 2023, 12:00 Pm. He wasnt there? I waited for about 45 minutes, and was helped by an acting manager, she refused to update the online order that it was picked When I return item at the Home Depot location Warden and Ellesmere I waited for 3.5 hours because the other store had refused to release to the online order when it was picked up on September 3, 2023 FYI avoid Home Depot specifically this one. They do not respect their customers even if they are suffering from injuries
