The worst expense ever, and they are billing me for their bad job $336
I had the worst experience with this company. My electricity has been tripping for a months, it took Reliance 2 weeks to show up and they sent me an inexperience Technician. He knew nothing. He checked the electrical box and could not determined what the problem was, he found 2 faulty breakers, but decided not to change them, after calling Epcor twice and changing the main breaker, which involved inspector etc, a whole day of a gong show, the problem was not resolved, until Epcor advised me to tell him to change the faulty breakers and to check the green wire and tighten screw, which he did after many calls to the office. the problem was resolved after changing the faulty breakers and tightening loose screws on the green wire. Now I received a bill of $326 for changing the main breaker, which I am disputing. I tried to call them for several times to discuss this invoice, for some reason they are hiding, no one wats to talk to me, I sent a letter to the president's office and they told me they were investigating, still no one talk to me, just emailing the invoice. I will repost to inform you all of the outcome, to be honest I had excellent experience with some of their technicians, I do not understand what changes are happening in the company , all I can say it was not good.I will be back to let you know about the outcome.
