Sonar is great very professional and pleasant to work with did a fantastic job. we painted the entire bottom floor including ceilings walls baseboards windows doors and trim approximately 1300 square feet it took about 6 days everything is beautiful He picks up your paint choices gives accurate pricing and very reasonable I might add We will have him back next spring to do the upper level Definitely a hard worker and perfectionist Thanks sonar

Michael is very responsive by email text and phone very easy to deal with questions job descriptions etc also received a follow up call to check how everything went great customer service Needed a few jobs completed installing a new faucet on a pedestal sink not simple - fixed a couple of leaks cleaned some drains and just getting our plumbing in top shape Joe was our technician and he was extremely helpful knowledgeable and did an awesome job on everything I would not hesitate to recommend Avas for any plumbing needs

Double garage door with opener was constantly not closing - would just come half way down and then go back up - I also have a single manual garage door that suddenly stopped opening - it was time to have it fixed. I combed through reviews and companies and decided to go with ONC. Good decision. John showed up same day as request, figured out what was wrong with both doors very quickly - double door had damaged cables and sensor, and the single door spring was about to break - obviously knows his stuff, discussed pricing which was reasonable and fair and had it all fixed in an hour, plus he tuned up everything making sure everything else was working properly. John was Very personable and informative. I would recommend ONC to anyone. Thanks for your service and help

discovered 3 wasp nests at different locations around the house. Called a few places but North Star was the only one that made an effort to come on the same day - showed up within 2 hours!! The person on the phone was very accomodating and the gentleman that came to take care of the nests was very professional and pleasant - they successfully removed all 3 nests quickly, cleaned up and gave me a 6 month warranty in case of returns. I hated having to kill the colony but 3 was just a bit too much. Thanks for showing up so quickly

My ac was acting up fan not turning on, system stopping on and off, and finally yesterday no cold air at all (of course). I called a few places, but A1 was the only company that tried to come see me today. Appointment was from 1pm to 5pm, so I was really happy to see Matt show up around 1:30pm. He pretty much knew that it was the compressor and had to go get the part which he did right away. Came back cleaned the ac replaced the part and voila cold air is working and all is right again! Matt is a terrific gentleman, extremely polite, pleasant and professional,not to mention he fixed the ac very quickly and checked the rest of the unit to make sure all was well. I really appreciate a company that I have never used before (but will again) came to my rescue with same day service. I rarely give full scores but A1 Air deserves it.

UPDATE JULY 15TH This an update from my previous review of Speers Flooring. I did have some issues with mis-communications etc. however, I did hear from the owner almost immediately to address my concerns. He was very sincere and thorough, and I really appreciate the time he took in his detailed explanation. After his response, I would definitely give Speers Flooring another chance, Thank you

We first hired John in 2013 to do our large courtyard in a new build. The process was very easy. 1. John created a design from our ideas and we went from there. The courtyard is quite large and we decided to do two areas, one for bbq and dining which was a large interlock patio and has an interlock walkway to a seating area with a second patio and pergola. There are border gardens around the fence and framing the seating area. The result was better than we could have imagined, it looked great on paper but was even better when completed. The crews were polite professional and so pleasant and easy to work with not to mention their great skill at implementing the designs. John was honest and easy going and always available for questions and was very understanding and helpful with any concerns or any changes requested. 2. We were so pleased we hired John again the following year to do the front porch, steps and walkway. Again this was not just a walkway his design subtle and tasteful, and his crews skills have made it a statement piece, we receive so many compliments and requests for John's contact info - it's just so beautiful. We will have John back next year to do the landscaping to finish off the beautiful front stone work. And last but certainly not least, the office manager Candace is one of the best customer service people I have ever dealt with. Friendly, professional and goes out of her way to make sure customers are 100% satisfied. I never give 10 out of 10 but in this case it is well deserved.
