So mid July my Reliance Home rented water heater leaked and damaged my basement carpet for 3 days. We waited for the technician to fix the leak for the entire day and past the indicated time of service. When I called their customer service line the Agent purposely hung up and proceeded to cancel the appointment as I was speaking to another agent to see where the technician was. Just as bad, they said that a manager would contact me, Ive called 4X. No return calls/follow ups from their side. Service was for July 16th. Nothing. Worst yet I want to cancel my service and they told me they would pick up the heater for $60. Really? Its your poor service why I want to cancel. Why would I continue to pay $115/month when your customer service reps would let clients basements/homes flood.
