I had two large cracks around the window well in my basement that would leak whenever we had a heavy rain. David came out the day after I called Nusite and was able to come in a few days later to repair the cracks. We've had 2 major rains since then and I've yet to have a leak. He also gave me some landscaping suggestions to channel water away from my foundation which was very helpful. I would use them again.

I just love going to Big Al's. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable and their selection is great. When it came time to upgrade from our 20 gal tank, we chose Al's as they always answer our (sometimes stupid) questions and never pressure me into buying something I don't need. If you're looking to get educated about owning fish, I'd recommend them.
