Review has been deleted so we will try this again to help protect future people avoid a disaster. We had given Edgar the benefit of the doubt to fulfill a contract however when the contract was cancelled within the 30 day according to the consumer protection act he refused to give our deposit back. He proceeded to tell us and give us the run around. It was a deposit of 6000. This is a very small price to pay when we witnessed his workmanship first hand and thankfully we had dodged a bullet. Beware and tread cautiously with this contractor. The business man and his foreman are constantly throwing each other under the bus. He did try and come back and offer to give us money if we took down all reviews and then of course in Edgar fashion ghosts us. The city of Rockland permit department is well aware of this company and make sure you have permit in hand because they love to go rogue at the owners disparity. My lawyer will be contacting him unfortunately .
