Overpriced and dishonest company! We were renovating our kitchen and required appliances asap; they held us hostage with our deposit even and charged us 25% restocking fee though they knew they would NOT have the products in stock for another 3 months. After many stressful weeks of pleading with them we eventually did get the products, but what a terrible experience! Now, special word of caution about the unpleasant saleswoman at the Oakville location: - She failed to disclose the restocking fee before we paid - She misled us into believing Bosch charged restocking fee - She mocked us for being stressed over this issue - When I called her out on her misrepresentations she became loud and obnoxious in front of her colleagues I was embarrassed for her and exited as quickly as I could Definitely do NOT recommend- and I would like to see them respond to my review- I have all correspondence as proof.
