This spring, our living room started to leak, so we contacted Mr. Roof Repair. The workers that came over, took the time to thoroughly inspect the roof and took lots of photographs. They used the photos to show that the roof was in disrepair and explained why it could not easily be fixed during their visit. To stop water from getting into the house, we decided to go with a temporary repair. They put a tarp over the damaged area and said that we would receive a roof assessment report within a week. A week later, we received a very detailed report about the state of our roof. The report was easy to understand and outlined several options for getting the roof fixed permanently. We were later contacted by a technical advisor who provided us with estimates for the various options. Whether in person, on the phone or via email, everyone that we dealt with from the company was professional. Based on our experience, we would definitely recommend this company if you want to explore roofing options.
