The company has excellent website, I was able to learn a lot about what chimney repair involves. I got prompt response for my request for quote. My every phone call/voice mail was responded to. I was not there when the repair took place, but my neighbour, who is knowledgeable himself, was most impressed with the professionalism and expertise of the crew, who also left the site in pristine condition. I would absolutely use this company again and would recommend it without reservations.
