Brand new house 2019. . Little over a year $1400 chimney died. Mattamy said warranty expired. Spend $900. Electrical piano switches some of them are cracked. Top roof turbines noisy. Neighbour yelling, cant sleep. And Mattamy says, warranty expired . Mattamy use cheap products, sub standard contract work. Stay away. Dont put your hard earned money in mattamy.
