We live in a very old house with a old foundation. Once the old parge was removed, we realized the job was more complicated than we thought, but in the end it didn’t have that much of an impact on price. Overall we’re very happy with them and would definitely rely on them again for future brickwork or repair.

We are extremely satisfied with Enrique’s services. He is extremely punctual, he did a great job of making sure he knew which branches we (and the neighbours) wanted to have pruned in our big silver maple tree. He and his team did a great job and then cleaned thoroughly it backyard and the neighbours’. Price was very reasonable too, so we couldn’t we happier.

We had our old hardwood floors removed and new hardwood and marble ones installed in the main floor in our house. The job involved coordinating hardwood installation workers, plumbers, tiling, and HVAC workers. The whole job started on time and took about three full weeks to be completed, and overall we are very happy with the work they did. While it is somewhat challenging to coordinate workers in so many different fields, the project manager that was assigned to our project, Amir, made sure that any coordination issues were dealt with to our satisfaction.

We hired the Perfect Renovations team for a few tasks we needed to get done in our old house. Les managed our projects and he was always effective and responsible. We had some carpentry work, handyman work and painting work done. In all cases, the person in charge of the job was very professional and competent. We would recommend Les and his team and we will call them again as we need more work done in our house.

A few months ago I tried contacting many of the companies in this section to help me fix some plastering-stucco problems in my dining room ceiling. Many of them didn't even bother to reply to me. However, while Aiad was busy with other work, he did reply very politely informing us of his availability. Once we decided to go ahead with the repair, Aiad came right away, and did a very good job at a very reasonable rate. He was efficient, very courteous and also cleaned the area. We are very happy with the repair and can finally hang our beautiful dining room lamp!

We hired Alec for a major renovation of our backyard. He offered the lowest quote by far, and did an excellent job. We got a new deck complete with a beautiful, kid-friendly railing, an back fence, two side fences, two gates and a custom shed they made for us to store our garbage bins. Alec and Tim gave ideas for the design but also accommodated a couple of changes we thought about as the deck was being built. They were punctual, extremely professional and hardworking, and completed a large job within a week. We are very happy and won't hesitate to call them again should we need any other job done.
