Brian and the team installed a heat pump system. They were able to install the system very fast (roughly one day) and also provided me with all the instructions on how to use the new system. When I had follow up questions about using the system, they were also very happy to answer/take my phone calls. Very happy with their service and detailed explanations. I also did my research on different vendors/products: Cozy Comfort Plus provided the best value from the different vendors I met with: highest grade system, and at lowest cost.
