Mark was very professional and efficient. He really helped us out after having a terrible experience with Lowe's. We bought a dishwasher from them and paid for delivery and installation. The guy from Lowe's dropped it off, looked at our old dishwasher for 5 minutes and said he couldn't install the new one because it wouldn't fit and we needed a plumber to come and rework our connection to the dishwasher first. Fed up with Lowe's I called Mark. He said he could do the reworking if it was necessary but he would try to install it without the extra work first. Sure enough, he got it to fit, it took him less than an hour and his price was very reasonable for the quality of his work. I would definitely recommend him and not hesitate to hire him again. As for Lowe's don't ever hire their installation service!!

Ross and his crew were fantastic. They were very professional and did the work very quickly and efficiently. As well, Ross's quote was a lot more reasonable than some others I received because he really took the time to examine the basement carefully and only do the work that 'really' needed to be done. He also gave me some great advice on how to waterproof other parts of our house which ended up saving us a lot of money. He was a huge help to my family and a pleasure to work with. I really felt like he had our best interest in mind and really wanted to help us out.
