I purchased number of appliances from Corbeil. What a nightmare! First, they delivered the wrong fridge. Instead of the counter-depth, they gave me the standard size. Contacted the sales representative and I was told to call the Customer Service. After waiting number of days for Customer Service to sort it out, they brought the proper fridge. After unwrapping the new fridge, I noticed a small dent on the door. I contacted my sales rep again. He replied a few days after asking to call the Customer Service. He mentioned that Corbeil would either fix it or in the worst-case scenario would change the door. I called the Customer service again and I was told that after signing the delivery form, I only had 48 hours to inform them about the defect. I told them that I had been waiting for the sales rep to contact me back but at this point they didnt care. Moral of the story, once they sell you the stuff, you are on your own. Youd better hope you dont have an issue, otherwise youre stuck with any junk they send you. BTW, the new replacement fridge was slightly cheaper. After a month, I am still waiting to get my $170 refund!
