We've had a terrible experience with Nordik, and we want you to know so you won't suffer from dealing with the miserable communication at this company. We had a good experience with the salesperson, who was professional and courteous, and who has maintained good communication with us. But the first installation of our two windows was a disaster. The installation team sent a completely incompetent installer, who did a disastrous job. The flashing and caulking was particularly miserable. The installation manager who came by said that he couldn't believe how terrible the work was. We've now waited months for a second installation team. The service office at Nordik received the notes from the installation manager, read them off to us on the phone, and then...sent someone who had different notes and was unprepared and unable to do the job. Now we get to reschedule. Now we get to wait months for what will likely be more awful service. The service tech who came here today not only said that our job is likely a total remove and reinstall. He also let us know that communication at Nordik is shockingly bad: he regularly encounters irate and unhappy customers and receives the wrong information before service calls. Save yourself the headache: go with anyone else in the GTA.
