Estimate was quick, complete, and the estimator answered all my questions. He was previously an installer for the same company. Installers were excellent, professional, protected the floors, answered all my questions, and the job was finished in 2 days with the cost as quoted. We thought we would have to move the water heater to complete the installations. But turns out it was not necessary. So, for the cost of moving the water heater, I had the installers put in a humidifier. I had a question about the noise level of the AC. The company sent a service person the next day, to address the issue and solved it. I would highly recommend this company for all HVAC needs.
