Justin and team arrived as arranged and the unit was installed. Justin also aligned a drain hose in my furnace, this was above and beyond. The team were professional and considerate of the flooring inside the house.

The serviceman who came by, Kang, was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me helpful tips and was very conscientious about his work. He also looked at any concerns I had and addressed each of them. He took his time to make sure everything was working properly and was able to tell explain what he was doing and why. He even mended the damaged insulation covering the copper piping, which was worn away in places, using insulation tape. Great job! I would highly recommend Home Trust Comfort.

Technician Kang quickly identified the cause of our a/c not working and replaced the capacitor. Applied some sound dampening to reduce the a/c noise. Communicated well to explain our a/c's operating efficiency.

We thought we would have to move the water heater to complete the installations. But turns out it was not necessary. So, for the cost of moving the water heater, I had the installers put in a humidifier.
