We needed 3 floors of windows and a set of patio doors replaced and during the appraisal, Joe was excellent in understanding our needs and was thorough and considerate when making recommendations. We went with a mixture of casement, awning, and sash style triple paneled windows and a sliding patio door. On the day of the install, Andrii and his team were just as excellent, performing all of the install in one day, leaving the workspace as clean as it was before they had arrived. All the expected damage (minor things like paint cracking) coming from a brick-to-brick replacement of windows was kept to a minimum, and in some cases there was no such damage. Rachel and Laura at the office were incredibly courteous and willing to work with us to make sure that the scheduling of the install and payments was a pain-free process. I can't say enough good things about this company, and would absolutely recommend them to everyone I know that's looking for work looking to be done on their own home.
