Chris and his crew were perfect. After request for a quote, Chris contacted me within an hour to set up time to provide a quote. Everything was done around my schedule and with every step taken (signing of the contract, deposit, picking colors, setting up date for painting) to ensure that the process would be as easy as possible for us. On the day of painting, painting crew was right on time (8 AM) and worked until late. Instead of 2 days scheduled, they got everything done in 1 day by working for 10 hours and having 3 painters instead of 2 as initially planned. Timing, quality, service and approach were just great and I couldn't be any happier with them.

We have been remodeling our apartment and this has been the best investment by far. Mark (the owner) is a meticulous professional that is polite, punctual and a real perfectionist. We had old heating cabinets that have been in place since condo building was constructed (in 1981.) They were just unsightly and it made absolutely no sense to keep them in place given that we were fully remodeling our unit. We have searched high and low in trying to find a replacement, with little luck. The only replacement were plain vanilla cabinets that were overpriced and didn't look an ounce better than the old ones. When we found Flex Heating, we were really excited. Modern, sleek looking products, wide selection of colors and a very reasonable owner. Installation took three days and was absolutely flawless. Mark removed the old cabinets, prepped the areas (patched up, sanded and painted all areas) and installed new cabinets. Not only that, he fixed the flooring as floor installers didn't bother doing proper work under the old cabinets. I will be submitting pictures shortly of before and after shots.

Jade Stone was recommended to me by my colleague and I have to say that it was a great advice. At that point in time we had already contracted a company (a bit of a pressure sale) that quoted us 3,500 dollars and 6 weeks waiting time. I admit that not everything went perfect at the beginning. We went to the showroom and had to wait for sales people for quite a while, which was a bit frustrating. It also took about 5 days to get the estimate and I had to remind the company that no estimate was provided. After that - things went much smoother. Quote received, we went to the showroom, talked over some details and finalized the deal. It took approximately two and a half weeks after that to get the countertop and sink installed. Despite the early hiccups, it was very well worth it. Material quality is exceptional, workmanship and installation - flawless. Countertop looks perfect (no visible seems, no defects- just perfect.) Hence, if you want something to be done on time and on budget- look no further, but do be prepared to wait a little bit in the showroom as this guys are really busy.
