Called and booked an appointment for Friday AM. Received a call back before the scheduled time that they were backed up with a big problemn at another customer which was OK with me because I was working from home that day. Michael arrived just about the time they said he would and gave me several options on how to repair the problem. He fixed quickly and explained and pointed out a couple of other things that I could do myself at no or low cost. Very personable and efficient. I would recommend Water Works to anyone. I explainded what the problem was over the phone and Larry was able to trouble shoot it. He gave me an estimate, showed up on time, fixed the problem and even installed the dimmer I was not able to do myself because of the issue. Great job!

Would highly recommend Bright Skylights. Joe was very eager to respond to our request for a quote and upon geting the order gave us a good estimate of when the custom made skylight would be ready from the factory. He showed up on time on the day he had scheduled, installed it in just a few short hours and cleaned up the entire work area, inside and out. It looks 1000% better than the old one. Thanks, Joe!

My wife contacted 5 companies to quote on fixing our chimney which had damage to the mortar from numerous freeze/thaw conditions over the years. Three responded with on site visits, with one not bothering to forward a quote. The first to respond (same day, I might add) was The Chimney Company with a quote very close to what we estimated the cost to be. The other was slighly higher so we decided to have Chimney Company perform the work. Work was completed ahead of schedule and they even replaced a few broken tiles at no charge. Only complaint is that they left a couple of stains on the interlock brick walkway but they may be able to be cleaned. Bill was very helpful and courteous and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone. Good job, guys!
