BUYER BEWARE! Jansen Roofing was paid over $3500 (plus tax) in Oct of 2018 to make necessary roof repairs, with "ALL WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEED FOR 10 YEARS". Less than 5 years later, there are obvious problems with loose and missing shingles and a suspected leak. Multiple efforts to contact the company, both by phone and in writing, have been unsuccessful. Calls are unreturned; email is unacknowledged. This company is definitely NOT RECOMMENDED. We hope others will benefit from our experience.
