After reaching out to several companies, we decided to go with Amazon Railings. Not only was the cost competitive, but Ruben was fantastic to work with. He was prompt in replying to our request for a quote, really helpful in making a decision about how to proceed and kept his commitment for a timely installation. Communication was excellent with Ruben and they were efficient, professional and clearly experienced in getting the job done well. After shopping around, we decided to go with New Look Windows & Doors to replace our front door, several windows and a sliding back door. Not only was the quote competitive but Eddy was absolutely fantastic from the onset. We really appreciated his transparency, honesty, professionalism and all of the support he provided us in deciding our options, colours and design. His communication was excellent. The installation was seamless - high quality work by some very skilled people. We were also very pleased with the clean-up after a full day of work. We really love the result and have already started thinking about having a return visit for the remainder of our windows. Highly recommend.
