Paid for a "Diagnostic" visit to determine why my geothermal wasn't cooling. Did not get a definitive answer. Company suggested to have our thermostat replaced for approx CND500 to see if that was the issue. Disappointed because the risk is all with the client. It seems to be a large amount of money to spend and not be sure about it. Question was raised with customer rep and did not hear back.
