I had a about 5 contractors come and give me a quote for my basement renovation project and I chose FV Renovations because Fabiano was very thorough in explaining the scope of the project, breakdown of cost and he took the time to measure the rooms and walk me through everything. He wasn't the cheapest but was still reasonable with the cost. When the project started, he and his team explained everything they were doing and communicated with me if there were any issues or delays. We had some delays that were out of their control because I had some basement waterproofing issues as many older homes do. Throughout each phase of the project, Fabiano came to check on the work and continued to have constant communication with me to ensure I was happy with their work. I highly recommend Fabiano and his team as they made me feel at ease when renovations are typically stressful.
