Nordik replaced all our main floor windows and exterior doors. While the windows themselves look great, there were many delays, and the installers left a mess behind including shards of trim on our path and handprints on our new windows. There were also some areas where attention to detail was not great. Some trim was not installed level, and the wrong type of glass pane was in our front door, for example. They refused to take responsibility for scratching our dining room table. Three months ago, they installed the incorrect lockset for our front door, and did not install a crucial component to make the door work (a wifi bridge). Our front door hasn't worked properly since. They have now cancelled on an appointment to fix this problem twice. I've called several times to get them to address these problems, and they have not been willing to take any meaningful action. They are not prepared to offer a rebate, to install a temporary door handle so our door works properly while we wait for the right parts, or to come and clean up the mess. They were not willing to find a wifi bridge from another set so that our door would work properly. They told me that the correct functioning of the lockset was not their responsibility because they didn't manufacture it.

We do have an appointment scheduled to install a new replacement lockset next week and we trust that this will bring this issue to a close.
